Who is it for?
Anyone you know who may buy or sell a home in Michigan in the next 5 years: a first home, a move-up, a new chapter or selling a family home.
What if they never use it?
If it isn't used within 2 years, email us and we'll refund your full purchase price.
Can I use it myself?
No. It has to be given to someone else. That's what makes it a gift.
How does the credit work?
They tell us about the card before signing a buyer or listing agreement with Redefine Real Estate. The credit is written into that agreement and comes off our commission at closing. If a lender doesn't allow a credit at closing, we pay it by check after closing.
What if they already have an agent?
The card works with Redefine Real Estate only, and can't be used on a home they're already under contract on with another agent. If it isn't used, our refund promise applies.

Anywhere Redefine Real Estate helps buyers and sellers in Michigan, including Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Livingston, Macomb and Monroe counties.
